MonsterGov Completes FedRAMP Annual Assessment for MHME
MonsterGov is proud to announce the completion of the FedRAMP Annual Assessment for MHME. We employ a security-first approach with our FedRAMP-authorized talent acquisition system. This means that federal agencies can trust that its sensitive data, applicant and new hire PII, and other critical information is safe.

Agencies to Prepare for Federal Internship Campaigns
USAJOBS announced in its monthly communication forum that there will be a big push for the Federal Internship Portal starting this month. This campaign coincides with the continued roadshow with OPM's Director who is visiting universities and colleges. We encourage all agencies to ensure their vacancies are created with the appropriate hiring path and appointment type, so they can leverage OPM's campaign traffic and reach internship seekers. For a refresher on how to use MHME to populate USAJOBS pages, like the Federal Internship portal, check our guide below.

Federal Clients Invited to Preview MHME 4.18 on Feb 28
With the final 4.18 client feedback session behind us, we’re looking forward to continuing the rollout of MHME’s next major release scheduled to go live on March 25, 2024. Thanks to agency feedback from the 2023 User Group, we’ve made tremendous progress on the Job Analysis module. Release 4.18 also includes features to track and report on declinations from applicants so agencies can better understand why offers are being rejected. MHME agencies are invited to attend our official client preview on February 28. UAT begins on March 4.
