The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity’s Office of Employment and Training (LEO-E&T), in partnership with MonsterGov, will be launching the state’s new case management solution for its workforce development community in 2025. IMPACT – Information Management, Performance and Customer Tracking System – will replace Michigan’s current OSMIS system – and is based on the MonsterWorks case management system by MonsterGov. With IMPACT, Michigan’s workforce development organizations will have modern and advanced tools and processes that will better empower them to serve their workforce participants.

Some of the top IMPACT features Michigan LEO-E&T are excited about include participant-centric case views, document uploads, stocked federal and state programs, custom program configurability, modern reporting tools, and integrations with other LEO-E&T systems, including Michigan Training Connect, Pathfinder, the Program and Policy Guidance database and Pure Michigan Talent Connect.

In addition to supporting traditional WIOA programs, MonsterWorks Case Management’s flexible system offers the ability to easily and rapidly design customizable workflows to meet evolving State and Local program requirements.
